The Pool table is advertised as Professional. IT IS NOT by a long way. Construction is very poor. On ours, the table bed is not flat and you cannot play a straight ball down the long edge they fall to the centre of the table. I contacted Juguetilandia, and sent videos to illustrate the problems. It is not fit for purpose. They acknowledged there was a problem and offered to replace the table top. which means us dismantling the table and reassembling it. OR allternatively a price reduction. We don't want a reduction on this table, it's no good! Apart from the table being neither of the quality advertised, nor fit for purpose, Juguetilandia said all their goods are checked before dispatch, our problem must be due to damp conditions in transit. We helped unload the table from the vehicle, which was totally dry. As all their goods are checked, how can we be confident the replacement will be any different? We have spent an enormous amount of money, energy and time on this already. We have requested a refund. This has been agreed but WE have to pay for the return of the original table! This would cost us nearly 300€ due to the size and weight of this object!!!!! Our interpretation of Warranty regulations is that the seller should pay for transport. We are going round in circles, we shall not be happy until we have our money back under Warranty plus the transport costs. Don't buy this table if you are a serious player.
